The Details That Matter
Almost nothing our workshop does is visible in a finished photograph.
A suspension point is machined to a tolerance no visitor will ever measure. A cable is cut, hung, weighted and cut again so a run of forty drops reads as one line rather than forty decisions. Brass is finished by hand because a mechanical polish leaves a regularity the eye picks up as cheapness long before it can name why.
These are the details clients never ask about and always notice. They are also the ones that decide whether a piece still looks right in fifteen years.
